Poistion1:Eastern musical instrument teacher
Basic salary: starts from £30,000
Responsibilities:
1.Teaching Eastern musical instruments, including but not limited to Erhu, Guzheng, Gayageum, and Sitar.
2.Collaborating with our chefs to co-develop the food and music pairing courses.
3.Planning and implementing lessons that cater to various skill levels.
4.Engaging in community outreach and participation in cultural events.
5.Contributing to the development and growth of the company's mission to promote multi-culture through music and culinary experiences.
Requirements:
1.Professional background in musical instrument performance and teaching, with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
2.Proficiency in playing at least one of the following musical instruments: Guzheng, Erhu, Gayageum, Sitar, Guitar.
3.A certificate of Level 8 or above, or a graduate from a professional music college with a major in education.
4.In addition to music majors, those with company management experience are preferred.
5.A passion for diverse music and an active approach to work.
6.Strong communication skills, both with students and customers.
7.A valid DBS police certificate.
8.A UK driving license is preferred.
9.Proficiency in English to meet certain requirements.

Basic salary: starts from £30,000
Responsibilities:
1.Preparing, cooking, and presenting Eastern dishes, especially those that align with musical themes and cultural experiences.
2.Collaborating with music teachers to develop unique food and music pairing menus.
3.Maintaining quality control for all ingredients and dishes.
4.Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
5.Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations.
6.Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
7.Contributing to the overall mission of the company by integrating food and music to create a rich cultural experience.
Requirements:
1.Professional culinary training with a specialization in Eastern cuisine, or relevant work experience of not less than 3 years.
2.Proven ability to create dishes that pair with musical themes and experiences.
3.Knowledge of different Eastern culinary traditions and techniques.
4.Strong leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff.
5.Creativity and passion for exploring innovative culinary concepts.
6.Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations.
7.Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the business model's schedule.
